With his livelihood gone in the blink of an eye, Juan found a new restaurant space with a willing landlord and turned to The Intersect Fund for a $6,000 loan to acquire the equipment needed to get his new restaurant, La Casa del Mariachi in Perth Amboy, NJ, up and running. We disbursed the loan — our 200th — within days.
