The Intersect Fund believes it is vital to monitor the outcomes we create and evaluate the impact we have in the community.
We conduct longitudinal surveys to measure our clients’ command of various business topics when they enroll in our training course and when they complete it.
Our staff keeps track of whom we are serving and how well, taking into account the amount of hours a given client spends receiving assistance from staff, how many of our services they take advantage of, and their level of satisfaction with the programs we offer.
The Intersect Funds Executive and Associate directors have completed training at the Aspen Institute’s MicroTest program, a nationally recognized effort to maintain standards of quality within the microenterprise development industry.
